To make sure things run smoothly for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines for booking with us: 🗓️ Booking Your Service All services can be reserved easily through our online booking system. Once your booking is complete, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. Didn’t get your confirmation? Reach out to us and we’ll double-check for you. 🔄 Changing or Cancelling Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or missed bookings may mean we can’t reschedule right away, but we’ll always do our best to help. 💳 Payment Depending on the service, payment may be required at booking or at your appointment. We’ll let you know your options during checkout, and we accept the payment methods shown in our booking system. ⏰ Being Ready Please be on time and ready at the location or online platform where your service is scheduled. If we’re running late for any reason, we’ll keep you updated right away. 📌 Availability Services are scheduled based on staff and resource availability.
